The hotel had very nice and large rooms with a great view over the main plaza of Nangine Road W, but we had to ask twice to get the extra bed set up. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some unexpected extra charges like the ride to Pudong airport. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas and metro stations.
